Foam Tools

At Maslo Fabrication, LLC., one of our mainstay products is foam injection tooling. From the simplest to the most complex molds, Maslo Fabrication LLC. can provide you with a cost effective, high quality solution. We design and build single prototype tooling as well as large quantities of production tooling. We build foam in place tooling as well as foam bun tooling. We currently serve customers in the automotive, furniture, theater, and public transportation industries.

Small Stamping Dies

Maslo Fabrication LLC. is capable of building, repai small stamping dies; including progressive, blank, and line dies. Our staff has an average of 25+ years of experience in stamping die background. This experience enables Maslo Fabrication to offer top-notch expertise in the field.


Fixtures are the cornerstone of today's manufacturing world. At Maslo Fabrication, LLC. we can design, build to customer print, repair to new condition, and/or upgrade to the latest engineering changes

CNC Machining

CNC machining is offered on our HURCO 4020 and Cincinnati Sabor 500 . These machines have the ability to complete short run production or one-off components. Programming for these machines are handled through the latest version of GIBBS CAM.

Special Machines

Small special machine builds are also available through Maslo Fabrication, LLC. We collaborate with the most reputable companies for electronics and programming. This aids in a flawless installation. We pride ourselves on making sure we offer clear, concise, and frequent communication during all phases of the building process.
